Cancellation
Cancel anytime. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again after cancellation. We don't offer partial refunds for unused time. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings at app.bikesuite.net. If you need assistance cancelling, contact us at support@bikesuite.net.
What Happens After Cancellation
After your subscription ends, your account will be deactivated and you will lose access to the app. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted. If you wish to export your data, please do so before your subscription ends.
