1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BikeSuite ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BikeSuite is a subscription-based, cloud-hosted point-of-sale and management platform for bike shops. The Service includes inventory management, work order tracking, customer records, and reporting features, accessible via app.bikesuite.net.
3. Subscription and Payment
The Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis. You will be billed in advance for each billing period. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
5. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@bikesuite.net of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to store or transmit malicious code, violate any applicable laws, or infringe the rights of any third party.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BikeSuite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
